I made this birthday card using an I-Cling stamp (cupcake duo), DCWV Rainbow Stripe pp, solid papers from my stash... The cupcakes were colored using prismacolor WC pencils. I used the Denami swirl stamp ( stamped yellow on yellow ) to add a bit of interest to the solid paper. I also used Spellbinders Nestabilites (Labels One).
Super cute card! I love the cool background paper you created with the swirl!! And the red really pops against the yellow-fun color combo :)
