Another one for the Denami sketch challenge #4

I promise this is the last one I'll enter for the Sketch challenge #4!

The Denami stamp I used is the pacifer.  The little baby items are Making Memories, I picked these up at Michael's.  I used the swiss dot embossing folder on the solid yellow paper, the pp is from a nursery stack.

Denami Sketch challenge #4

I made this birthday card using an I-Cling stamp (cupcake duo), DCWV Rainbow Stripe pp, solid papers from my stash...  The cupcakes were colored using prismacolor WC pencils.  I used the Denami swirl stamp ( stamped yellow on yellow ) to add a bit of interest to the solid paper. I also used Spellbinders Nestabilites (Labels One).

Halloween bag for Hero Arts Challenge

This was a fun bag to make, it's my contribution to the Hero Arts challenge for gift bags.

I used the Martha Stewart spider web punch, along with small "ink and stamp" Hero Arts Halloween stamps.  I cut the TREATS  letters using my cricut ( Alphalicious cartridge ) -

25th anniversary cake

I've met some great people in town...  I have some very nice customers!
Barbara and her husband ( customers of mine ) ordered this for Karen and her husband (also customers of mine) for their 25th wedding anniversary.  Karen and her husband were celebrating with family and friends, and since they didn't have a wedding cake 25 years ago,  Barbara and her husband wanted them to have one now.

6" and 10" tiers, covered in white fondant, I was told the colors, but the design was left up to me.

Another favorite wedding cake ... for Holly and Bill

From May 2010 -  I loved this cake ...  6" tier, 9" tier, and 12" tiers, covered in rolled fondant, and decorated with scroll work.  It was finished with the most gorgeous fresh gerberas and roses, the topper was provided by the bride and groom.  This was delivered to the Aqua Turf in Plantsville, CT -

Sarah and Scott's wedding cake - June 2010

This cake was definitely my most challenging wedding cake to date - I was nervous about doing all the details and doing them well, but in the end I was very pleased, both with my work and the fact that I accepted the challenge!

Seeing Sarah and her bridal party the day of the wedding, and their reaction, made it all worthwhile!

Sarah and Scott - June 2010

I created this card for Sarah and Scott to congratulate them on their marriage, and to thank them for having the confidence in me to create their wedding cake.

This card used a black background paper, with a black and white print paper I found at Michael's.  The green ribbon and dew drops were added for a bit of color.  The image was stamped using the bridal couple stamp from AMuse, the scalloped ovals were done with the cuttlebug and Spellbinders Nestabilites.

Wedding cake for Maxine and James

4 tiers, covered in ivory fondant, decorated with swiss dots and a piped monogram on the front of the cake.  Finished with gold ribbon.

Wedding card for Maxine and James

For a delightful couple I recently worked with, I created this card to wish them well and offer my congratulations. The background was embossed using my cuttlebug and the swiss dot folder, I added ribbon that was used on their wedding cake. I love the Spellbinders Nestabilities - I used the scalloped oval for this particular card. I distressed the edges with Tim Holtz Antique Linen. The finishing touch was the hat pin with beads.
